Reading for week 7

Well in This I had a look at the love marks website the future beyond brands. I can imagine that could possibly happen one day. The world will so branded to the point that they are just not powerful enough anymore and we may need something more powerful than brands so I imported this section at the start of the site that got my attention in particular.


Brands have run out of juice. More and more people in the world have grown to expect great performance from products, services and experiences. And most often, we get it. Cars start first time, fries are always crisp, dishes shine.


A few years ago, Saatchi & Saatchi looked closely at the question: What makes some brands inspirational, while others struggle?


Love marks are for the highest level companies and products and it would be something that has to be earned which involve companies with the highest level of performance that could go beyond customer expectations to get the best results and an outstanding reputation.
